Joe Bradley, originally from Derry, Northern Ireland moved to the US in 1990 on a soccer scholarship with Harvard University. Joe came away from Harvard with a degree in economics. From there Joe moved into the Business Management and Soccer industry taking over the role of Marketing Director for Mass Pro Soccer.
In 2001 Joe created Mass Premier Soccer and focused the organization on developing the youth game. Joe is currently the General Manager of Mass Premier Soccer which is one of the largest soccer clubs in New England.
Joe currently holds his USSF A license and has worked with a variety of players from 5 years old through to U20 collegiate players both male and female. Joe has a fantastic connection with coaches across New England and is very well respected for his on field success and focus on player development.
Andy Prosser
Andy, originally from Bournemouth, England went to Bournemouth College to complete his sports progression course before moving into to Soccer Coaching. In 2005 Andy moved to New Jersey working with a soccer organization developing players from the ages of 3 to 18. In 2007 Andy moved to Mass Premier Soccer to pursue a career in Business Management and Soccer Coaching.
From a coaching and playing perspective Andy was with AFC Bournemouth as a young child before moving into soccer coaching at an early age. Andy has completed part 1 of his B license. In his role with Mass Premier Soccer Andy works with a wide range of players both male and female from recreational to the Elite level. Andy has been very successful in developing his teams throughout his time with MPS.
Justin Capell
Justin, originally from Northampton, England, completed his BA in Leisure Management and Football Studies at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College - graduating in 2002. Upon graduation Justin took on a seasonal position as a camp coach with Mass Premier Soccer. Since 2002, Justin has progressed to a full time role with MPS and is currently a member of the clubs executive committee.
During his time at University, Justin completed his UEFA ‘B’ coaching license and worked for local professional club – Wycombe Wanderers F.C. Since moving to Massachusetts, Justin has achieved significant success with all teams that he has worked with and recently attained his NSCAA National License to further enhance his coaching resume.
Pete McDonnell - Operations Director
Peter, originally from County Mayo in Ireland, completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree at National University of Ireland, Galway, specialising in Marketing and graduating in 2009. Peter has recently taken up a position with Mass Premier Soccer to begin a career in Sports Business Management and Soccer Coaching and has been installed as Operations Director at Global Premier Soccer.
Peter holds an FAI Introductory and Level 1 Coaching Badge and has worked primarily with girls underage soccer in Ireland guiding his local team, Killala FC, to a Girls U15 All-Ireland Final. At Mass Premier Soccer he has worked closely with the School of Excellence teams in the Inner City Programs and has worked with Boston Latin High School team. He has also represented the Mayo League Soccer team in Ireland at various levels up to U-21.
